The X Expotêxtil Peru started this Thursday, October 20th, in Lima, the most traditional fair in the sector in the country, which in this 2016 edition once again has the presence of Delta Equipamentos.

The Brazilian presence was organized by the Brazil Machinery Solutions Program, the result of a partnership between the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), and the Brazilian Association of the Machinery and Equipment Industry (ABIMAQ), which aims to promote exports Brazilian machinery and equipment companies, as well as strengthening Brazil’s image as a manufacturer of mechanical capital goods. The BMS Program will have an area of 200 m², where it will bring together Brazilian manufacturers, and of the seven companies, six have already been to previous editions of Expotêxtil, which demonstrates the already consolidated market in the countries participating in this event.
Brazil is currently the ninth main country of origin for Peruvian imports – in 2015, exports to that country were recorded in the order of US$ 3.3 million. The Brazilian presence in imports of textile machinery and accessories to that country has grown in recent years, in the year to July 2016 there was a 28% increase in the volume of textile machinery exported to Peru compared to the same period last year (APEX BRASIL ).
