With the gradual return of in-person corporate events, Delta Máquinas, a Brazilian company specialized in automation solutions for the textile industry, is taking the opportunity to show its portfolio to the international public. The brand is a confirmed presence at Exintex 2021, one of the biggest agendas in the sector in Mexico, which takes place from October 26th to 29th, in Puebla.
On this occasion, Delta presents the country with a complete portfolio of solutions that optimize everything from fabric preparation to material testing and completion of the production process. “Machines like the RLX600 Relaxer eliminate the need for conventional tissue rest and also provide real data about the process, and its software can be integrated with the main management systems on the market”, says CEO, Fabio Kreutzfeld.
Another sales success for the company is the Sample Washer, which replaces domestic equipment in the product testing process. In addition to reducing the amount of raw material needed for the process by 75%, the machine guarantees a 12% reduction in electricity consumption. Washing and drying processes, which take up to three hours in traditional equipment to complete, are done in around 15 minutes.
Fabio assesses that Exintex is a strategic opportunity to expand the company’s presence in the country. “Today we already have large customers in Mexico, such as Intimark, Indústrias Cos and Ropa Viva. We want to further strengthen our international presence and at the exhibition we will be able to get closer to large industries and prominent professionals in the sector”, he emphasizes.
