Company based in Pomerode (SC) takes advantage of the in-person return of one of the largest fairs in the segment to present the textile Stenter to the market, an innovation of the brand for Latin America. Machine can reach 50 meters in length and automates a series of processes in the fashion industry
The return of in-person editions of Febratex, one of the largest textile sector fairs in the world, will be marked by innovations linked to industry 4.0. During the event, which takes place from August 23rd to 26th in Blumenau (SC), thousands of visitors visit hundreds of stands in search of the best solutions for their business. And this is the scenario that Delta Máquinas chose to officially launch its new solution, exclusive to the Latin American market: the Stenter, a machine applicable to the preparation and finishing of textile articles.
The launch, prepared to seal Delta’s 15-year history in the national and international market, is designed to compete with major global players, with technical support as a differentiator. “In recent years, the industry has opted to import machines from Europe or Asia. Viewing this scenario, we decided to move forward with our national solution which, in addition to being aligned with the technological particularities and needs of the continent’s textile industry, also brings the advantage of proximity to our team of experts, providing proactive support to integrate technology, processes and people. in the customer’s productive routine”, highlights Delta’s CEO, Fábio Kreutzfeld.
One of the main advantages of the Textile Stenter, which can reach 50 meters in length and can be purchased in modules, is the automation of a series of processes in a single machine. It is possible to impregnate chemical products, align the structure, dry and/or heat-fix the fabrics. With the standardization provided by the Textile Stenter, products are delivered with optimized touch, weight and dimensional stability, which adds greater quality. Production safety is also covered, as the solution follows the NR12 regulatory standard.
Another highlight for the machine, according to Fábio, is Delta’s partnership with the Special Industrial Financing Agency (FINAME), from BNDES, which allows industries to finance the solution under special conditions. “We chose Febratex to present this solution because we know the weight of the event and the importance it has for business. In addition to the Textile Stenter, we will also highlight the Sublimation Calender, another launch from 2022, applicable to the printing process. In this way, we continue with the purpose of contributing to the development of productivity and competitiveness in the textile industry”, reinforces Delta’s CEO.
The Textile Stenter, the Sublimation Calandra and the entire Delta portfolio can be seen at stand no. 24, sector 1. Febratex takes place at Parque Vila Germânica, from 2pm to 9pm. There will be more than 30 thousand square meters of exhibition, more than 300 exhibitors and more than 50 thousand visitors are expected.
