The Textile Stenter’s arrival on the market marks a new phase for the company, headquartered in Pomerode (SC), and present throughout the continent. Portfolio is focused on industry 4.0, with the aim of enhancing the productivity and competitiveness of the textile industry
Delta Máquinas celebrates its 15th anniversary, on April 27th, with the announcement of a launch that promises to be a watershed in the textile industry, not only nationally, but also in Latin America. It will be the only one in the region to produce the textile Stenter, one of the most important solutions used by large companies in the fabric preparation and finishing processes. The machine, previously imported, will be offered to the market with several advantages, with the difference being the technology applied to the product, pre-sales consultancy focused on the process, local technical assistance and available parts.
The company’s history began in 2007, precisely with accessories aimed at this machine. Since then, each year the company has started to offer more and more intelligent solutions, designed according to the industry 4.0 concept. They promote benefits such as real-time data integration, monitoring and control of process variables, raw material savings, quality gains, time reduction and re-processing rates.
According to Delta’s CEO, Fábio Kreutzfeld, the project led to a need to restructure the company, including the construction of a new headquarters to accommodate its production, which is in progress. It took months of study to ensure full adherence to the Brazilian textile industry, which today is the fifth largest in the world, in addition to the Latin American one, which is the second largest global textile production hub. The new Textile Stenter, which can reach 50 meters in length, will be presented during Febratex, in August, in Blumenau.
“We chose the largest textile machinery and technology fair in the Americas to present this super launch at our stand. We have always differentiated ourselves by developing machines that are 100% aligned with the market, developed based on the needs identified in our customers and partners. The Textile Stenter arrives to mark our 15 years, crowning a story of success and recognition, with a unique product in the market in which we operate”, explains Kreutzfeld.
Delta has more than 50 solutions in its portfolio, which automate everything from fabric preparation to product packaging/labeling. Consultancy, in which specialist assistance is provided to choose the machine that best adheres to the process, is one of the company’s highlights. Among its national and international clients are large groups such as: Lunelli, Rovitex, Karsten, Fakini, Hering, Malharia Brasil, Petenatti, Vicunha, Santista, Studio F, Lafayette and the Colombian Supertex, which produces more than 1 million pieces per month for brands like Adidas and Under Armor.
What to expect from Delta’s new machine
The stenter is a solution applicable to the preparation and finishing of textile articles that carries out, in a single piece of equipment, impregnation of chemical products, structure alignment, drying and/or thermo-fixation of the fabrics. The automation of these stages provides touch, grammage and dimensional stability, guaranteeing high quality products, with agility and safety in production.
The solution developed by Delta follows the NR12 regulatory standard, which defines work safety parameters, avoiding adjustments by the customer. The possibility of financing through the Special Industrial Financing Agency (FINAME), from BNDES, is a big difference.
